Knightscove Media Corp.is a fully integrated Canadian
entertainment company specializing in the distribution,
creation and financing of high quality live action feature films
and television productions for the whole family under its brand
"Knightscove Family Films". Its goal is to serve as a fully-
integrated entertainment company to distribute and finance
third party and proprietary film and television product specifically
for the family entertainment market.

• to acquire and build internally a library of filmed properties
  under its family brand
• to distribute complimentary film product in the family genre
• to provide P&A funds for marketing support in the US
  theatrical release of 6-12 films per year
• to self-produce 1-2 films per year for purposes of establishing
  the "brand"
• to identify suitable film properties for development which may
  include:
  - optioning existing screenplays
  - developing new screenplays with selected writers
  - optioning rights in novels, screenplays, articles, life stories
• to partner with independent producers in other countries
  under co-production treaties.
